Shipra is a seasoned computational biologist and AI-driven drug discovery expert with a Ph.D. in Computational Biology. With experience at leading pharmaceutical companies including Takeda Pharmaceuticals and EMD Serono, she brings deep expertise in applying advanced machine learning and computational techniques to therapeutic design and biologics innovation. Her work spans de novo antibody generation, protein engineering, and optimization of therapeutic candidates using tools such as AlphaFold3, DiffAb, Rosetta, RFantibody, and knowledge graphs. A Rosetta Commons alumnus and frequent speaker at international forums, she is passionate about accelerating biologics R&D by advancing the frontiers of in silico drug design.
