Nandhini Rajagopal

Principal Scientist, Computational Biophysics Genentech

Nandhini Rajagopal is a Principal Scientist in the Computational Biophysics group at Genentech, where she specializes in developing computational methods to assess and optimize the developability of novel large molecule therapeutics, including (ADCs) and multi-specific formats. She earned her PhD in Bioengineering, focusing on protein-protein interaction prediction, and developed generative AI models for antibody design during her postdoctoral fellowship at Boehringer Ingelheim. Her work leverages cutting-edge, physics-based computational tools to drive innovation in therapeutic design and accelerate development.
